FEES:
The condo association fee is $275. For your convenience, there is a drop box for fees at the front of building 25. Reminder: Fees are due on the first day of each month. Late fees apply after 3:00 p.m. on the tenth day of the month. Payments will be posted first to other association obligations, such as fines, then to late fees, and lastly to dues. 

MANAGEMENT:
Sherman Terrace contracts Birwood Property Management. to take care of condominium common areas and other non unit-specific issues. 

Management also oversees day-to-day issues regarding contracts, laundry, garbage removal, snow removal, roofing and other vendors. 

Management issues parking permits, laundry/basement keys, copies of documents and storage assignments. Management does respond to common area emergency calls.
