PARKING REGULATIONS
By signing this, unit owner is acknowledging they have read and agree to abide by all Sherman Terrace parking regulations. Failure to abide by these rules may result in tickets or towing by the City of Madison Police, fines from the association and/or revocation of parking privileges.
- All vehicles must be licensed (current), operable and have a permit displayed.
- Parking permits must be displayed on the driver’s side rear bumper
- Vehicles must be moved at least every seven days.
- A written request must be submitted to management should an owner wish to leave their vehicle in a stall for a longer timeframe. If the request is granted, management will provide unit owner with written permission and the location car is expected to park for the term requested.
- Boats, campers, trailers, lawn tractors and other power equipment and RV’s (motor homes, ATV’s, etc) are not allowed to be parked or stored at Sherman Terrace at any time.
- Operation and parking of all motor vehicles – including two wheeled motorbikes – regardless of size I confined to the paved and/or parking areas of Sherman Terrace.
- During winter months owners expected to cooperate with plowing efforts by moving vehicles from unplowed parking spots to plowed spots at least every 24hours. Vehicles not moved will be expected to shovel out their vehicle/stall.
