WHEN IT SNOWS, PLEASE MOVE CARS TO PLOWED SPACES. THIS ALLOWS THE SNOWPLOW TO CLEAN UP THE PARKING AREAS. WHILE MANAGEMENT DOES A GREAT JOB KEEPING THE SIDEWALKS CLEAR, THERE ARE SHOVELS NEAR THE MAINTENANCE OFFICE FOR RESIDENCE TO USE. PLEASE RETURN THE SHOVELS WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED SO THAT OTHERS MAY USE THEM. THE PLOWS TRY TO COME DURING THE DAY WHEN POSSIBLE BUT THE SNOW DOES NOT ALWAYS COOPERATE.

Madison Community Car is a member based carsharing service that provides cars by the hour for individuals and organizations. Members share access to a fleet of high gas-mileage and hybrid-electric vehicles located in reserved parking spots throughout the city.
Some of your neighbors are members and enjoy the service. Never pay for car insurance, tires, oil changes, or GAS again. If enough of people near or in Sherman Terrace are interested, we can request to have a car parked right here.
This also benefits Sherman Terrace in that we have fewer vehicles in our lots which frees up much needed parking spots.
