It has come to my attention that the board no longer wishes the owners list to be made publicly available here. I assume that this is due to the valid concern that this unofficial, electronic version of the document is not only available to members but also to anyone with internet access (general public). –like the information on the Madison City Assessor’s website is, for example. The owners list has already been mailed out to owners (members) and is (has been) available to members via the STCA office in building 25. If you have misplaced your copy, call 244-7171 to make an appointment (The membership doesn’t pay for a full-time secretary to stay in the office and answer the phone) and get a copy of the list. I would assume that you will be asked (maybe sign a document???) to verify your status as a member and promise not to ever share the information with non-members.

Renters

As always, the owner of your unit, perhaps via a management company, is your representative. If you wish to get in touch with the owner of a neighboring unit, you should go through the owner of yours.
