SMOKE DETECTOR INSTALLATION:
Thank you to all who participated with the installation! As a result, the community is a safer place!
Parking lots will be paved in the upcoming months. We are coordinating with roof repairs and other projects. Keep an eye out for instructions about parking during the paving project. There will be a period of time when either the upper or middle parking lots are unavailable do to repair; however, crews will work to minimize the inconvenience.
A reminder for everyone that dogs are not allowed at Sherman Terrace. This includes visitors’ pets too.
You may have noticed fewer bikes in the community racks. Management removed all abandoned bicycles last month and will donate all that are not claimed or registered. If you need a sticker for either your car or bike, please visit the website at shermanterrace.org or pick up a form in the lower level of building 25.
The next meeting is AUGUST 8th @ 6:30pm in building 19 – lower level. Please stop by and check it out. The board is made up of Sherman Terrace community members and meets 6 times each year. You would be a great board member!!! Try it.
Help to keep the neighborhood a quiet and peaceful place by getting to know your neighbors and calling the police if you see suspicious cars, people or actions. The non-emergency number is 266-4275.
If you see something – say something! Thanks.
I have mixed emotions when I receive my Fathers Day gifts. I’m glad my children remember me. I’m disappointed they think I dress like that. - Mike Dugan
