Sherman Terrace contracts a managment company to take care of common areas and other NON-UNIT-SPECIFIC issues. The contract includes them using their own equipment to mow our lawns and maintain the landscaping as directed by the Landscape and Grounds Committee of the STCA board. They also often deal with day-to-day issues regarding the other contracts: laundry, garbage removal, snow removal, roofing and other vendors.

They can help you with parking stickers, laundry/basement keys, copies of documents and storage assignments. While they can respond to common area EMERGENCIES we are not their sole contract and do not pay/contract them to continually staff the office or maintenance shop

They are often on the grounds or elsewhere doing Sherman Terrace business until 3:30pm and will regularly check for messages at the 244-7171 office number. Always remember to at least leave your NAME and NUMBER or other contact info. Otherwise they will not be able to get back to you. You may also e-mail a message to management@shermanterrace.org
