The primary versions of many of the forms listed below are available just outside the Sherman Terrace Condominium Association (STCA) office. This is in the basment level of building 25. Go inside the front door, down the stairs to the basement level, and to the left. This office is where completed forms (and condo fees) can be dropped off. To get documentation not available there or here, call 244-7171 leave a message and/or make an appointment.
