If you are a member (owner or owner/occupant), you are already contributing via your condominium fees. THANKS! Your condo fees are used for maintenace and repair of the facilities.Improvements receive a nominal portion of the budget.

If you'd like to help improve Sherman Terrace, there are additional ways you can get involved.

JOIN THE FORUM: Sherman Terrace wants to hear from you. Please join us and take part in our forum. You may use the forum to state your opinions, buy or sell items, meet your neighbors or just see what's going on around and in our community.

-The Landscape and Grounds Committee needs your help. Please contact the committee to find out how you can participate. Landscape and Grounds also accepts monetary donations to purchase trees, shrubs, mulch, gas and supplies. Contact Wendy at gardens@shermanterrace.org

-Labor. You can contribute greatly by lending a hand. When it snows you can grab a shovel and clean your stoop or parking space. You can plant a tree or bush or small garden with approval. If you have more skill and desire, the board may even allow you build something like a planter, bike shelter, or anything else you can imagine.

The only way we are going to improve Sherman Terrace is either by giving more, either by offering funding or a little elbow grease. It is up to you to decide how to contribute. We just ask that you do contribute in some way.

-Just ask the board and they will gladly put you to work.
